Bawn was the maiden name of the owner's Grandmother who worked for Purdy's and began an affinity for chocolate by bringing home seconds.

While in high school, Erin Armstrong (Bawn Bons chocolatier) began working for a family owned chocolate shop in Courtenay, B.C.. After 13 years of experience at Hot Chocolates, the Armstrong family relocated to Kingston, ON and Bawn Bons was born.

With a commitment to freshness and quality, each individual chocolate is handcrafted with the finest ingredients. Bawn Bons chocolates are made from Callebaut Belgian Chocolate and European compounds and flavourings.
